A requested tattoo design. Some days ago i was asked if i would be interested to make a tattoo design for a girl i know from a forum. I said yes because i think it's a great honor to get that asked. I mean she will possibly have this for the rest of her live on her skin.
She sent me sketches and told me of her idea. This is the current result, but not the original version. Maybe there will be some more minor changes made.
As usual the original sketch was made with pencil and took me one hour. Making this version took a bit more time because i had to curve the complete tail and made the wings longer after digitizing the original version.
Looks very cool! Only thing that i see or perhaps it's just me, the body of the bird need to be lil broader....i know i can't explain it in English, but it could be a lil more broader above its leg!!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Könnte mir das ganze auch sehr gut in Farbe vorstellen... Leicht glühend, mit auslaufenden Farben
Wo soll das Motiv denn am Ende hin?
